Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so any changes or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing your order. After this time, it may no longer be possible. However, you can still return your order once received in line with our return policy.

Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Processing usually takes 7–10 business days, depending on your bank.
